IMPORTANT RULES AND HELPFUL HINTS
• This form is in I formation and should take approximately 30 seconds to perform.
• The entire form is done in front stances.
• Front kicks focus at groin level.
• Punches focus to the solar plexus.
• Step and punch should lock out together; place extra emphasis on the recoil of the front kick. The body moves slower than the hand; so at the last instant, snap the punch.
This form simulates a defender who is fighting against 3 attackers.
