Any combination of five intermediate through advanced one-steps learned in class, that could include:
ADULTS:
CHILDREN:
- PYONG-ON CHO DAN - Intermediate Motion Number One
SECOND STRIPE: ONE-STEPS:
CHILDREN ONE-STEPS (WITH A PARTNER ):
- Puncher Advanced
- Three-D Advanced
- I.B.U. Advanced
- Football Thrower Advanced
- Kicker Advanced
Any combination of five intermediate through advanced one-steps learned in class, that could include:
- Puncher Advanced
- Three-D Advanced
- I.B.U Advanced
- Football Thrower Advanced
- Kicker Advanced.
ADULTS:
- two hand combinations
- two kicking combinations
- two hands and feet combinations
Adult students may use the same combinations as on the previous exam or students may make up advanced combinations.
CHILDREN:
- One hand combination
- One kicking combination
- One hands and feet combination
Children may use the same combinations as on the previous exam or make up advanced combinations
- JUMP KICKS
- Jump front kick
- Jump round kick
- Flying side kick
- Jump spinning side kick
- All above requirements.
