Karate 5th gup Green Belt Exam Requirements
6TH GREEN to 5TH GREEN
FIRST STRIPE: FORM: PYONG-AN YI DAN
Intermediate Motion Number Two
SECOND STRIPE: ONE-STEPS:
Six one-steps are required. Students are required to have at least two new one-steps to go with one-steps from the previous exam .
THIRD STRIPE: ATTACKING COMBINATIONS:
HANDS #l: A combination that consists of the
basics.
HANDS #2: A combination, which consists of fighting techniques.
OTHER COMBINATIONS: In addition to the two hand combinations, students are required to have two advanced feet combinations, and two advanced hands and feet combinations.
Students can use combinations learned in class or make up advanced combinations.
JUMP KICKS: Jump front kick, Jump round kick, Flying side kick, Jump spinning side kick
FOURTH STRIPE: PRE-EXAM:
All above requirements.
