FIRST STRIPE: FORMS: PYONG-AN SA DAN Intermediate Motion Number Four PYONG-AN OH DAN Intermediate Motion Number Five SECOND STRIPE: ONE-STEPS - Six one-steps. Three of these one-steps will be for right hand attacks and three will be for left hand attacks. THREE STEPS Three, three steps are required. ONE-STEP KICKING DEFENSES: Stepping front kick, Spinning round kick, Spinning side kick, Spinning back kick THIRD STRIPE: ATTACKING COMBINATIONS Students are required to have two hands and feet combinations. JUMP KICKS: Jump front kick, Jump round kick, Flying side kick, Jump spinning side kick, Jump spinning back kick BASICS: Students must know standing, stepping and turning with all of the blocks and punches.
